In Appalachia, fishing can be done throughout most of the year.

However, guides and outfitters often stop fishing during the hottest months of the Summer and the coldest months in the winter.

Appalachia is home to a wide gamut of fishing opportunities, from mountain trout, musky, smallmouth bass, and tailwater trout.

Travel to these regions is easy with most airlines; however some trips will require additional driving up to 3 hours.
